1st FSFL COACHES POLL
The FSFL will always attempt to push the envelope here in 2010. Take a look at the 1st FSFL Coaches Poll which will be conducted during the 1st week of each month during the FSFL season. During the first poll only 10 programs were able to get invovled but the results were tallied and the FSFL Pre-Season #1 team is the New York Bandits with four1st place votes and a whopping 91% of the possibly points. The NJ Irish are the Pre-Season #2 with one 1st place vote and an impressive 82% of the vote. Rounding out the field were the New England Knights securing a Pre-Season #3 ranking with one 1st place vote and 73% of the vote. Take a look at the poll and add your opinions, who was snubbed and who will be a bust. The FSFL season will be one to remember.

The new Jersey Irish should have gotten first!
I agree the Irish should have been 1st, but why were the punishers ranked so low? They should have been higher then that.. no?
Hopefully, by the next poll we can do a lil better and gain some respect of our peers with a game Sunday vs #8 BK Bulldawgs and the 27th vs #10 Seminoles, hopefully we will move up in the July poll to some sort of respectable position.

Punishers are rank #14 c’mon are you serious….we beat no let me say this destroyed 90% of the teams in the five star football league….You know what rank us 14th next month too in fact rank us 16th all season it dont matter…ya’ll coaches ranked us 14th because in real life you cant beat us…I bet you feel good..the punishers are close to last….LOL!!!! Championship are won on the field not on paper…..Spring over but keep sleeping on us we love it…..in fact we in Punisher nation would like to take the time now to thank you for the hate we love it….I just hope you coaches and your teams shake our hands after we run up the score against you…there is no mercy rule….P-nation stronger then ever….
Question for Irish lovers: Why should the NJ Irish be ranked #1? Legitimate reasons only.
didnt the punishers just lose like all they games in the spring and they only beat the venom! last year they didnt close the deal in the beef so what makes anyone think they can get it done here. and irish are full of hawks players that did close the deal bwolverine so they deserve it they are really champs in their own right. b wolverine who should be 2nd and what team you on?
Silent Assasin the punishers didnt do well in spring….but we also didnt have the entire team there as well….only two teams have beat us in this league…..the rest we beat..most we stomped on…….so because the hawks run the bneff.. and most of the players are with the Irish they get a 2 ranking…. But we did beat them as well during the season…but like i said on my last post….Keep ranking us based on the spring….Keep sleeping on us we enjoy it…….we play the number 8 team bulldawgs this week and the number 10 team nole in two weeks…wonder we we beat them what ya’ll will rank us…LOL!!!!!
ME?…..I play for and represent the NEW YORK BANDITS. (Irish are full of Hawk players)…..so? I said LEGITIMATE REASONS. They earned & deserve #1 in BNEFF. As for who should be ranked where, action speak louder than words.

Polls are done weekly or Bi weekly. You guys do well and you’ll move up..Dont and you wont.
Winning last year is not a reason to get any respect. FSFL is a different level of competition than any of the leagues from last year and teams change DRASTICALLY from year to year.
rankings gotta be fixed ,panthers above tribe? panthers above dkny, bandits #1 seed, im suprised the spartans arent #2 ha.. we will see opening weekend i guess
THIS POOL IS TOTALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN CORRECT. BUT THEN AGAIN THINGS CAN CHANGE, BUT I SEE A FEW TEAMS ON THE BOTTOM, RISING TO THE TOP!!!!!!!!
Guys im pretty sure people are missing what the poll is. Its an OPINION poll. Its nothing official. It doesn’t count for a bowl bid. We asked the coaches of each team to rank where they thought each team was. This is the culmination of said product. I can report that the rankings I sent in were not close to what came out. I obviously see it different than my peers. Thats the fun of it.
Nothing is fixed and yes it will change. Weekly. As teams play each other and coaches get to see this years product.
Oh and a last tidbit…Five Star Rocks!!!!
Hello FSFL Coaches, Players and Fans.
I was surprised by some of the rankings in this first FSFL standings poll especially the Punishers at #14. Now after seeing those #14 Punishers, up close and personal I might add, dominate a solid #8 Bulldawgs team in a FSFL preseason game in the Bronx this past Sunday I have NO DOUBT that you will quickly shoot up the standings in subsequent polls as this first FSFL season starts to play itself out Coach Jim.
As for me however, while its “fun” to be #1 now, the only poll I’m truly interested in seeing my team finish at the #1 position in will be the FSFL Post Championship Game Final Standings! LOL
